Relational Supervision
I welcome enquiries from supervisees who would like to experience a relational approach to clinical supervision. I incorporate the use of Hawkins and Shohet’s seven-eyed model to guide supervisees and I have availability to work on a 1:1 or small group basis either online or face to face in Hebden Bridge. I work with qualified therapists and trainees from Leeds Beckett University.

My aim is to encourage and invite curiosity, excitement and openness in supervisees to enable them to explore their own process within their working practice.

I offer a safe, nurturing environment where unconditional positive regard, guidance and motivational support allow for honesty and openness when discussing all aspects of clinical work and my aim is to create robust, interpersonal relationships with supervisees who are professionals and who wish to determine their own professional development, take ownership of their goals and embrace their own unique style of working.

The work we do as therapists, clinicians and professionals can be both incredibly rewarding and challenging. It is imperative that we take good care of ourselves in order to give the best possible service to clients, and supervision is an important aspect of the therapist’s self-care. I have a particular interest in holding safe and restorative group sessions for counselling and psychotherapeutic professionals where dynamics and creating positive experiences around group process is paramount.

I bring the benefit of my experience as a therapeutic counsellor (using TA, PC and Psychodynamic theories to inform my practice as well as DBT and ACT), business owner, and life and career coach. Not only can I support you, the supervisee, to be the best professional practitioner you can be, I can also support you in your life and career goals and inspire you in your ambition. Within our unique working relationship I can attend to your professional needs by motivating and supporting you to grow and further your knowledge, develop your ambition and flourish in your career.

My fee for supervision is £50 for 1 hour of supervision
